Just like one-foot the height is measured in inches.

One-Arm Reach

The athlete will gain balance on one of their hands with a flat palm or knuckles. They will then reach up with their other hand and hit the ball. When coming down with their hand they will try to maintain balance for 3 seconds or until the judge says it's okay. The ball height is measured in inches. The one that hits the highest height and maintains balance.

Arm Pull

You start by sitting across from your opponent with one leg over your opponents and one leg under. On the leg that is over, your opponent will grab either your foot or ankle. Then you will locked arms on the inside of the elbow, and pull backwards when the judges says "pull". The one who straightens their elbow or goes forwards loses. It is a 2/3 competition. The one to make it through the bracket with no loses wins.

Seal Hop

This is the only event where girls and boys have to do the event at a different position. The girls start in a push-up position. The boys start in a low position with their knuckles curled  and using the heels of their hand for balance. The girl got it easy because they can be in a up part push-up position with their hands flat on the floor. The athlete will hop down the gym floor and when at the end they will make 180 degree turn. Then when they stop hopping their distance will be measured by the shoulder in feet.

Eskimo Stick Pull

Two athletes will sit across from each other with their knees bent at a 90 degree angle, and their feet pushed up against the other athletes. A rounded stick is placed between them. There is one athlete that can choose to have their hands placed on the inside or the outside on the stick. Then the one that doesn't choose will do the other position. Then when the judge says "pull" the athletes will pull until one lets go or falls forward.

Indian Stick Pull

Two athletes stand against each other with only one foot touching their opponents , but facing different direction. A stick with cresco is placed between then at the hips. In the middle of the stick there is a line and one athlete will place one hand on one side of the line and the other athlete will place their hand on the other side of the line of the stick. When the judge says "pull" the athletes will wiggle push and pull to get the other athlete to let go of the stick.
